The Facilities

Fourteen houses, and later apartment units, have been designed with essential features such as; round the clock security with reliable security system, on site maintenance service, international television channels, fresh water supply, electricity with generator set back up and communication line cablings.

The Club House is specially designed for

residents and their family with a swimming pool, tennis court, jogging track, three-on-three basketball court, gymnasium, sauna and massage, library and a grilled-steak café with barbeque.

The Hill has 24 hours security system, where the security will go around the housing complex every hour. The Hill has CCTV for monitoring all houses and it directs in the central security. Every rooms in every house have panic button to emergency.
